34. VIP VICTIMS IMPACT PANEL - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ BATTERER INTERVENTION
This course satisfies court requirements for a (VIP) Victim Impact Panel Course for offenders of domestic violence. The purpose of this course is to a) help domestic violence offenders realize the lasting and long-term effects of domestic violence and abuse, b) create empathy and understanding of the tragedy, c) leave an impression on the abuser that will hopefully change their thinking and behavior in the prevention of future offenses. *IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW MANY HOURS TO TAKE, WE RECOMMEND GENERAL STUDIES (a range from 10-12 hours course content).
